APP Project
This was an app project I built from 0 to 1 during my time at Vitagreen. The goal was to develop an integrated platform featuring both promotional functions and a customer loyalty program. I was responsible for the user flow, wireframes, and prototyping, while also leading the frontend programming team through the development phase.
At the beginning of the project, I received only a very basic flowchart with an unclear flow and no indication of how the app should be displayed. I drafted the customer flow based on my experience in the CRM field to determine which functions the app should include, such as a main page promotion area for marketing campaigns, a member QR code for purchase records, T&Cs, Q&As, and store locations. Following that, I began creating a style guide using the company’s colors to develop components based on those standards.
After drafting components to determine the style and UX based on user-centered design, the user flow became clear. I selected a style, developed the different sections of the app step-by-step, and finished the prototype. Furthermore, I lead the programmer on the technical side to refine details like the CSS shadows, line opacity, and other UI elements.
After a review with management, I redesigned the interface. I decided to change the theme to reflect the company’s main product, Lingzhi. Finally, I used gold and white to create a clean and luxurious feel, incorporating a rounded design for the interface to increase approachability.
